      1. My vote for Hurlstone. Themed International Agriculture and what a beautiful design! Saw ur pics on the Facebook link – simply amazing work guys! 🙂

    1. I voted for Hurlstone. There seems to be a mystical aspect of happiness and tranquility when i see this cow. While i was scrolling down to see all the cows, I couldn’t help but stop continuously at Hurlstone’s beautiful creation. It does seem to me that they put in an extreme amount of effort into this considering the fine details of the hatching at the cow’s legs and the elegant buildings on the body. OH! and don’t forget the neat air balloons they made out of recyclable ‘milk’ cartons (that was pretty cool). Overall, it was a hard decision for me to vote as many of these cows are quite funny and intriguing. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort contributed by each school and wish i could vote for all of you for your efforts but I do believe that I made the right choice, Hurlstone’s cow just seems to pull me in and create a magical atmosphere around me when I look at it. THANK YOU HURLSTONE FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL COW!

    2. JAMES RUSE, what a beautiful cow! LOVING the MOTION SENSOR and MILKING PROCESS, a real beauty. Shame it’s not represented accurately in the pictures. Sure, the others may look pleasing to the eye but the real winner are you guys. Everything is on point, from the process, production and everyone involved. I hope everyone else can take time to truly appreciate all your hard work. A+

  2. Wow! I don’t think the pictures do the cows and students effort justice. I’d love to see the other side of James Ruse’s cow. Having the whole milking system being run from the udder that seems to run throughout and getting that to work must have been quite the task. Their art looks beautiful with all the small details (I adore the barcode on the udder). They’ve chosen a wonderful way to represent the dairy industry and they’ve even took the time to cut it in half. I’m intrigued as to what the speakers in the bottom right corner are for. I definitely believe that James Ruse takes the cake (or cow in this matter)!

  9. St George State High School’s has been very creatively designed. Those with no artistic skill can interpret the work with a comprehensible understanding. At the same time, people with higher level skills and knowledge about art can also complexly interpret it.

They have definitely one my vote.

The design was so beautifully refined, detailed and delicate, and immediately caught my eye. A school that is creative enough to use such a small palette definitely gains a vote

It has all of the cultural designs of Asia and the contrast between them too.

  25. I am very impressed with Grafton High School – their research on Cotton which is not a local cropping in the Clarence Valley. These students went to extrordinary lengths to research their assigned subject then travelled hundreds of kilometers to physicall research their crop.
